In Ancient Democratic Athens, voting was carried out in a public Assembly.  Many centuries later, the Secret Ballot was introduced so that each voter was immune from PEER SOCIAL PRESSURE.  Stalin carried on the pretense of Soviet Secret Ballot elections.  Only one candidate could be voted for or the name of the dissident voter would be identified for Soviet Bureaucratic ‘Correction.’  Stalin’s candidates always won with close to 100% support.

In all of history, the purpose of the secret ballot was to guarantee immunity from SOCIAL PRESSURE TO CONFORM by peer voters.  Each voter was such a voter for his own personal interests – not as a Representative for many others.

In a Representative Government, as per the U. S. Constitution, the two houses of Congress are designed to represent the American voter.  All votes must be publicly available to the voters who elected these representatives. 

Mitch McConnell and his two fellow RINO-UNIPARTY cronies are trying to install a Republican Majority Leader with vast SECRET PERSONAL POWERS without the American voters (who put all of those 100 Senators in office) identifying how their two Senate representatives vote.

The Mitch McConnell SECRET BALLOT is far more clever than the Stalin Election System.
