I. Secret Service and Jurisdictional Authority

1. In 1865, President Abraham Lincoln, Commander-in-Chief of the U. S. Army during wartime, guarded by soldiers, was assassinated and the ‘case’ was in Federal Jurisdiction.
2. In 1881, President James A. Garfield was assassinated in Washington, D.C. His assassin was tried in Federal Court since it occurred in a Federal Jurisdiction.
3. In 1901, President William McKinley was assassinated in New York State and the assassin was tried in New York State Court.
4. In 1902, Congress requested that the U. S. Secret Service, created earlier to ferret out U. S. currency counterfeiters, provide armed protection for sitting Presidents, originally with only two agents.  (Extensions followed in several phases – including for Vice Presidents after Left-Wing Terrorists tried to assassinate President Harry S. Truman in 1950 while he was domiciled at Blair House.)
5. During the FDR administration (1933-1945), on many occasions, FDR’s ‘legs,’ his wife Eleanor Roosevelt, made a number of investigative trips around the country to tell FDR what life for American citizens was really like. The NRA likes to remind people that the First Lady was accompanied by only one armed chauffer/guard (whether Secret Service of FBI or otherwise) and a second handgun in her own purse which she knew how to use – if necessary.
6. When President JFK was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, the Texas authorities had Jurisdictional control of the case.
7. In 1965, Jurisdictional control of a case of attempted assassination of a Sitting President became a Federal case.
8. In 1968, Secret Service protection was extended to Presidential Candidates.
9. The two lunatics who attempted to assassinate President Gerald Ford were under Federal Jurisdiction.
10. The near fatal assassination of President Ronald Reagan was in Washington, D.C. and under Federal Jurisdiction.
11. On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Mar-a-Lago, the latest attempted assassination of President Donald J. Trump had the assassin miraculously spotted running away from Secret Service bullets by a private citizen whose instantaneous report to Florida Law-Enforcement apprehended him in the next county speeding away on the Interstate.  He was held by Florida Law-Enforcement until no later than early Monday morning September 16 when the Feds charged him in Federal Court for ‘a gun violation.’  I only discovered this on Wednesday or Thursday.  I had thought that Florida Law-Enforcement had held him the whole time.  Reliable Florida Law-Enforcement (as opposed to Unreliable Biden/Garland DOJ), has received little, if any, ‘cooperation’ from the ‘Feds.’  One or two weeks later, he was federally indicted for attempted assassination.  Only the naïve, the gullible, the weak-willed and the stupid will credulously believe all future information.

II. The Drone Mystery

At neither of the July 13 near fatal assassination of the once and future President Donald J. Trump at Butler, Pennsylvania, nor at the September 15 attempted assassination at Mar-a-Lago did the Secret Service come equipped with a single DRONE for overhead surveillance – before, during or after.

The hastily and secretly cremated first assassin with the unexamined, encrypted multiple cell phones had used his own DRONE earlier to facilitate his planning.

One single, itsy-bitsy Secret Service DRONE would have been able to spot any assassin BEFORE, DURING and AFTER such activity.

The field at Butler, Pennsylvania and the golf course in Florida cover a very large territory – only completely viewable from above.
