Part I – The War against Systemic Racism

Beginning in the 1960’s, America’s Elites have been evermore overwhelmed with concerns about the seemingly ineradicable Systemic Racism that soils the soul of our Country. Trillions of dollars have been spent on a series of evermore creative Social Programs. Public and Higher Education have been continually modified to address this overwhelming problem.
